Zero-Defects culture: good people over good processes


I wrote this post for the Solid and Usable Software blog to reinforce some ideas:

  • People are more important than processes (and tools); (I know this is an overrated quote from the Agile Manifesto, but in practice it is not so commonly applied…)
  • Zero-Defects culture is possible;
  • Zero-Defects products are the result of disciplined teams and (professionally) courageous management.
